Three Ways to Check Your Norwegian Cruise Line Balance

Where to Buy Norwegian Cruise Line Gift Cards
Norwegian Cruise Line stopped selling traditional gift cards at the end of 2021 and no longer offers them on its website or through customer service.
You can still buy onboard credit certificates (in $25, $50, or $100 amounts) or Mandara Spa gift certificates directly through the Gifts section on ncl.com; you will need the recipient’s booking number or birth date.

Terms & Expiration Notes
Funds on the gift card do not expire. A $3.00 monthly dormancy fee may be charged beginning the 13th consecutive month of inactivity. Lost or stolen card replacement fee is $6.95. The card is issued by MetaBank, Member FDIC, and can be used toward cruise fare or onboard purchases at participating NCL locations (USD only).
