Terms & Expiration Notes
Gift cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase in store or upon dispatch for online orders. The 24-month period automatically renews when a balance top-up is purchased and uploaded to the card. Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change is given; remaining balance stays on the card for future use. Redeemable in UK stores, Dublin, OXO Tower, and online at harveynichols.com (not international stores except Dublin).
Balance Showing $0 or the Check Failed?
A few common reasons: the card hasn't been activated yet, the funds have already been spent, the card was reported lost or deactivated, or — less commonly — the card was compromised before you got to use it. If something looks wrong, contact Harvey Nichols directly using the phone number above. We can't look up or adjust balances ourselves — only point you to the official source.
