Three Ways to Check Your Prezzee Balance
- Online — visit the official balance checker. You'll typically need the card number and the CVV/security code from the back of the card.

- In-store — Prezzee cards are digital. Open the gift from your email or the Prezzee app/Wallet, then swap a Smart Card for a retailer gift card if needed.
