Three Ways to Check Your Zilch Balance
- Phone — call +44 (0)20 3405 9775 and follow the automated prompts. Have your card number ready.
- In-store — Zilch is mainly managed through the Zilch app rather than checked at a store register. If you are trying to use Zilch in-store, add your Zilch card to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet and use contactless payment. For a gift card bought through Zilch for another retailer, ask that retailer to scan the gift card or check the retailer’s own balance page.
Where to Buy Zilch Gift Cards
Zilch is not a normal plastic gift card sold on retail gift card racks.
Zilch customers should check the Zilch app for any current gift card options or participating retailers, since Zilch has offered digital gift cards through its platform.
If your card is for a specific retailer purchased through Zilch, future top-ups or replacements usually need to be handled through that retailer or the original digital gift card email.
