Three Ways to Check Your REI Co-op Balance
- Online — visit the official balance checker. You'll typically need the card number and the CVV/security code from the back of the card.
- Phone — call 1-855-873-5456 and follow the automated prompts. Have your card number ready.
- In-store — Bring your REI gift card, e-gift card, merchandise credit, or refund voucher to an REI store and ask a cashier to check the balance. If you plan to use it in store, have the card number and PIN ready, or show the saved card from your REI account or app.
