Three Ways to Check Your Google Play Balance
- Online — visit the official balance checker. You'll typically need the card number and the CVV/security code from the back of the card.
- Phone — call 1-855-466-4438 and follow the automated prompts. Have your card number ready.
- In-store — Google Play gift cards are not scanned for remaining balance at retail registers. Redeem the code in the Google Play app or at play.google.com to move the full value into your Google Play balance, then view it under your profile in Payments & subscriptions. You can start the redeem flow to see the amount and cancel before confirming if you only want to verify an unredeemed card.

Buy official Google Play gift cards at major retailers including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, CVS, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, Kroger, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Safeway, and Dollar Tree (in-store and often online).
