Three Ways to Check Your One4all Balance
- Online — visit the official balance checker. You'll typically need the card number and the CVV/security code from the back of the card.
- Phone — call 0330 828 0881 and follow the automated prompts. Have your card number ready.
- In-store — Present the card at a participating retailer till and ask the cashier if they can check the balance for you. Many outlets cannot display the balance on their system, so it is best to check online, via the app, text, or phone first so you know the remaining amount.

Terms & Expiration Notes
Funds do not expire, but after 18 months from purchase a monthly inactive balance charge of 90p applies until the balance reaches zero (does not apply to certain Favourites cards, which are valid 12 months). Card replacement fee £5; optional full redemption to bank account £7.50. Plastic card has a Valid Thru date for online use; contact customer service for a free replacement if funds remain after that date.
